The Met is a great bar for TGIF parties and Saturday night escapades.  During Fridays, local and international talents take over the bar to come up with a night full of great music and stirring dancing.  On Saturdays, expect the dance floors to be rammed with revellers. Two levels of dance floors are available, and both get crowded fast.

For the club’s VIP packages and events reservation, check their VIP information page.  Prices vary for each event and additional charges may occur for the larger gatherings.

There are 3 bars in Birdees, a relaxing beer garden, a pool, a function room and plenty of private booths. Check out their function space, The Aviary, which is an eyecatching tiki-inspired rooftop.

ALso look out for their regular events: Turnt Thursdays and Game On Mondays.

Woolly Mammoth

Situated on Ann Street of Fortitude Valley, Wooly Mammooth is another top venue making for a lively night out in Brisbane. It is a home of craft beer and live music. If you are a beer fan, this place should definitely be on your checklist.

It’s not quite as in-your-face as other top Brisbane bars, but it certainly has its charm.

Wooly Mammoth has three different areas for recreation – the Alehouse, Garden Bar and Mane Stage. Each area has a distinct theme. There’s a giant jenga and bocce in the garden bar — don’t miss it!

Wooly Mamooth is open from 4pm onwards on Tuesdays to Thursdays and 12pm onwards on Fridays to Sundays.
